Oct 4, 2009 On tap at the brewpub 6/8/08: Pours a transparent pale golden with a wispy-lacing froth of white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale malts with some grainy character and a hint of citrusy hops. Body starts lightly sweet, creamy and smooth with a mild crisp earthy hoppy bitterness toward the finish. A pretty decent Kölsch.

Sep 3, 2009 Draft at brewery. Poured medium gold with white head. Nose was pale malt, hopcitrus, mild caro syrup. Tastes crisp, with pale malty and mid-palate hopcitrus and some grainy notes.
