Nose is grainy and fruity, almost like a chardonnay. Flavor is light, slight citrus and a bit papery. Grainy too. Light and refreshing body. Very spritzy consistency. Also, had no idea this was a kolsch, but whatever it is, it is a solid beer. Aroma of lightly sweet pale malts with some grainy character and a hint of citrusy hops. Body starts lightly sweet, creamy and smooth with a mild crisp earthy hoppy bitterness toward the finish.
