BrianK (67), New Jersey, USA Jun 15, 2008 Updated: Jun 24, 2008 Purplish color. Crazy mouthfeel. Dry as hell. Didn’t taste a whole lot of bourbon but it had a nice fruit and sour flavor. Very descent.

Pours a light cloudy purple with fizzy light purple head that vanished very quickly. Has a nice fruity aroma of blueberry and wild cherry. Flavor is much the same with a nice citric sour and some barnyard. Light body and very fizzy like champaign. This is a very nice refreshing beer. ilovedarkbeer (706), Dallas, Texas, USA Aug 27, 2008 Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a reddish brown color with a faint pink head that is medium sized and foamy. Nose is blueberries mostly but you get a hint of tartness that I would attribute to the blackberries as well. Taste is sweet yet acidic and fruity. Very complex and somewhat musty, but I really enjoyed this one seeing as the sweetness is not over done. BMan1113VR (782), Los Angeles (and Dallas, TX), California, USA Aug 27, 2008 Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours with a pinkish head and a redish body. Aroma is earthy weith some champagne light grape, sourness, light tart blueberries. Immediatly it is a bit too fizzy and a bit dry upon hitting the mouth. Taste is very nice, with a much stronger fruity profile than the aroma leads one to believe. The fruit easily overrides the initial sourness. goldtwins (3731), Nesconset, New York, USA Aug 18, 2008 RBSG ’08: Poured a hazed amber color with a large off-white head. Definite sour aroma with mild fruits giving it some balance. The flavor is tart and acidic. A real nice fruit taste. Light bodied. yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 6, 2008 22 fl oz bottle. Pours murky brown with a lacing white head. Fruity and acidic aroma. Acidic and fruity flavour. Mild caramel malty base yet distinct brett and fruity. Acidic to citgric finish. Nice fruity and light wooden finish.
