Aroma is funk-cheese with lots of tart berries and even a bit of dry earthiness. Taste is very-berry, dominating, with lots of good natural tartness. Lightly acidic berry-tart finish and lightly drying at the end. The carbonation is strong (despite the stubborn cork) and works wonderful with the sharp tart berries . It’s actually just really fun to drink, a berry attack on the palate, even if its not intensely sour. Have I mentioned berry? 750mL, Oerbier stemmed snifter.

Light bodied with mild to moderate acidity. Tasted of berry vinegar, subdued booze, and unripe fruits. Finished dry and tar. Good stuff. bu11zeye (3780), Frisco, Texas, USA Oct 1, 2008 (750ml bottle) Pours a hazy ruby-purple body with a small violet tinged head. Pours a light cloudy purple with fizzy light purple head that vanished very quickly. Has a nice fruity aroma of blueberry and wild cherry. Flavor is much the same with a nice citric sour and some barnyard. Light body and very fizzy like champaign. This is a very nice refreshing beer.
