On tap at brewpub. Opaque brown, moderate cream head. Bourbon-coffee balance not found in Gothika, some vanilla sweetness drawn out as counterpart by heavy coffee presence. Large body, softly cutting any astringency, bourbon very minor here, mainly to impart sweetness and balance coffee bitterness. Very drinkable, nice balance and integration in aroma/flavor, even if only of a few elements.
