COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 100% Organic ingredients, this golden elixir has a strikingly fruity and honeyed aroma. The palette is spicier than the aroma shows yet the fruitiness won't be outdone. This beer finishes long and dry with a wonderfully complex character. This beer is served very cold, we recommend letting it warm slightly to bring out its complexity!

BCTC 05. Pours a deep copper and cloudy with no head. Aroma is spicy with lots of fruity esters. Flavor is mostly yeasty with some spice, pepper, and a touch of sweet malt. Pretty nice smooth aftertaste.

Dark cloudy gold, little off-white head. Cookieish nose is heavily spice with ginger and coriander. Desserty sweet yeastiness. Feels like alcoholic cookies in mouth, heavily yeasty and somehow working well together, though after a few sips, you’ve really mastered the question. Medium bodied, light carbonation. Sweet and rather simple, but pleasant all the same,

(Draught) Sampled at the Belgium Comes To Cooperstown 2005 in Cooperstown, NY. Pours a golden ale a la Belgian style. Cloudy, golden with a strong vanilla malt. Buttery, bready yet a very decent tripel flavour melding into a thin finish. Good.

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2007 Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, vanilla, yeast and citrus. Taste of tart chardonnay grapes, citrus, berries, yeast and a touch of alcohol.
