UPDATED: JUN 27, 2008 Draft, BCTC 2007. Pours a medium, ruby-brown color off-white head with decent lacing. Dense, buttery and dried-fruit notes in the aroma chewy, toasty bourbon character. Medium-to-full, chewy mouthfeel: lively carbonation, with plenty of dense buttery bourbon notes dried dark fruits and chewy nougat plenty of chewy malts and sour-mash slight tartness. Lengthy, warm toasty barrel and buttery bourbon in the finish. A dense, generous beer.
