3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the brewpub. Murky auburn with a snowy white head and copious lacing. Nose is honeysuckle, roses, caramel and yeast. Creamy body with a spritzy tang. Taste is lightly sour with a nice hoppy bite; primarily grapefruit. Certainly a unique take. I could have knocked back a few.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft at the brewpub. Poured cloudy gold in color with a small white head. Aroma of citrus hops, brett, straw and earthy. Tastes of grapefruit, orange peel, and citrus hops, with a nice malty backbone. Finish is dry and moderately bretty. Not many IPA’s with brett out there, but this one was quite stellar. I noticed the brett character more then what I did with Victory’s Wild Devil. I want more of this.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a pale copper-orange, hazed, with a rim of whitish. Soapy lemon hop aroma. Bright and generally fresh. Mmm.
Fresh hops and Brett. Life doesn’t get much better. The brett is pretty minimal, but it’s there and it adds a very
nice soft touch to the hops. The hop character is fresh and juicy, with mostly citrus and resin-like flavors. The
Brett slides in with nice dryness, a bit of cottony bitterness and some tropical fruit which bolsters the hop
character. Delicious. Seltzer carbonation carries the flavors far. Excellent!
