Tap at Al’s of Hampden. Poured a hazy light orange with little to no head and no lace. Aroma is floral hops, citrus, perfume. Taste is perfume oils, drying hops, moving to chalky. Bubbly, suddy palate. Decent.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy deep orange with a white head. Aroma of spices, lots of light fruits including melon, orange, and mango. Flavor of sweet melon, bitter rind, and yeast with oak in the finish. Tasty BSA. 7/4/8/4/14 [3.7/5]

The aroma is belgian yeast, spicy, lemongrass. The appearance is a hazy yellow, white head. The flavor is spicy, yeasty, some oak. The finish is spicy, earthy hops. Decent beer.

On tap, at brewery. Pours a slightly hazy dark gold with a frothy one finger off-white head. Nice bready pale malts on the nose, light Belgian yeast, and a nice raw oak note. Smells like Oaked Duvel. On the flavor, the oak balances the thick bready pale malts nicely, drying it out on the finish. There’s a slight alcohol kick on the finish as well, but it fits pretty well with the style. Full and thick texture with soft fizzy carbonation that cuts the body pretty well. Warming, but not alcoholic. A nice twist on a "Duvel clone" type of beer. I’d like to see Duvel do this come to think of it.
