[ Keg ][ 5oz ][ @Bullfrog ][ $1.50 ][ Taster ][ 05.08.15 ]
milky lemon, fizzy white small bubbled ring. Watery sour nose, wood heavy with moderate bitterness. Sugary front palate. Juicy yetmoderately medicinal mid with faint plastic/vegetal bitterness before the moderately dry finish with champagne consistency but way too much sweetness, tastes cheap with off plastic all over.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma was of overripened apples, light cheese, and must. Flavor big tart apples upfront, followed by a bretty and funky finish. Great wild.cider, would be amazing if acidity was toned down a little bit.
