2014-08-15. Hazy pastel yellow body, headless. 3+ Aroma is moderate sweetish funky apple must. 6+ Flavour has a tart acidic first sip, light woodsy funk, muted apple juice. 7+ Smooth average plus bodied palate, modest carbonation. Pretty nice, pleasantly funky and tart/acidic. Refreshing. On tap at Bullfrog, Williamsport

Tap. Hazy white body, nice slightly acetic and funky nose with a bit of acetone maybe. The flavor is bone dry and funky with a nice bracing acidity. Light bodied and fizzy with prickly carb. Nice natural cider, tastes like what I make at home. Just like I like my cider.

4oz pour at the Fare. Very pleasant. Aroma was fuji apple forward and some berry. Pours light pink with nice carb and a small film. Taste is dry red apple, bubble gum, and some biscuit finish. Very dry and light in the mouth. Pleasant cider that warrants more drinking.

Pours thick thick unclear cloudy lemon yellow with absolutely no head. Aroma is subtle, light, vinegar, perhaps apple cider vinegar. Flavor brings tart lemony notes on a dry puckering ending, but juicy overall.

On tap at Earth Bread and Brewery, Mt. Airy. Pours a nasty murky hazy golden. Tart nose, no head. Mouthfeel is light, like sprite. Taste is slightly funky, apples, peach, pear, lemon, very mild sawdust and fruit. Very refreshing with a surprising amount of complex flavors. I could certainly drink a lot of this although the body was thick-ish like a wheat beer. Very good.
