New England Bucket List Trip #205. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow. Aroma of dry apples, cheesy funk, mild sulfur and a fresh apple juice finish. The taste is dry apples, funk and a sweet finish. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

Sampled at Rams Head. Luscious white head backing a hazy orange color. Aroma of apple, citrus, yeast. Flavor is balanced citrus and yeast, subdued, well done.

This poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma was of overripened apples, light cheese, and must. Flavor big tart apples upfront, followed by a bretty and funky finish. Great wild.cider, would be amazing if acidity was toned down a little bit.

On tap at POUR. Mild sour cider nose, funky. Looks like lemonade - cloudy translucent pale yellow-white with no head. Medium body with medium-light carbonation. Tart, fruity, funky with light Brett. Really nice sour cider. Dry and refreshing.

[6592-20140815] Tap. Cheesy apple skin aroma. Hazy, pale yellow white body with no lasting head. Tart apple flavour with a mild cheesy finish. Medium body is quite tart. Average, strange cheese notes. (6/2/6/3/12) 2.9

Sampled on draft at Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub this beer poured a murky very pale yellow color with a medium sized white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart, sour, citric and lactic but not much apple. The flavor was very tart, tangy, apple citrus and funk. Long finish. Light body. Solid.

2014-08-15. Hazy pastel yellow body, headless. 3+ Aroma is moderate sweetish funky apple must. 6+ Flavour has a tart acidic first sip, light woodsy funk, muted apple juice. 7+ Smooth average plus bodied palate, modest carbonation. Pretty nice, pleasantly funky and tart/acidic. Refreshing. On tap at Bullfrog, Williamsport

Tap. Hazy white body, nice slightly acetic and funky nose with a bit of acetone maybe. The flavor is bone dry and funky with a nice bracing acidity. Light bodied and fizzy with prickly carb. Nice natural cider, tastes like what I make at home. Just like I like my cider.

4oz pour at the Fare. Very pleasant. Aroma was fuji apple forward and some berry. Pours light pink with nice carb and a small film. Taste is dry red apple, bubble gum, and some biscuit finish. Very dry and light in the mouth. Pleasant cider that warrants more drinking.
