On handpump, at brewery. Pours a hazy pink tinged orange body with a thin ring of white head. What a crazy color! The nose is phenominal. Crazy tropical fruits, flowers, and a light but very bright sour/sweet bretty and funky notes. The flavor is light and delicate with minimal sourness, just a lot of sweet/tart brett on the finish. Ripe papaya and light lemon rind abound. This reminds me of the flavor of those ornamental orchids that they put on your plate at fance wedding receptions, I always eat those. Amazing the impact that some dried flowers can have on a beer, more breweries need to try this! Mouthfeel is lighter bodied with soft minimal cask carbonation. Sweeter up front, but dry and funked up on the finish. Best beer of the 5 special beers they put on for American Craft Beer Week. This was awesome and extremely drinkable. So light and delicate yet bursting with flavor.
