Mar 15, 2007 On tap at the brewery. Mild dirty dusty funk aroma, somewhat lactic and no sweetness. Clear pale golden with thin white foamy head. Light body with medium-heavy carbonation. Starts with crisp hops bite. Grassy notes with mild sweetness. Light lactic finish with good bitterness. Mild bite and dry bitter after. Along the lines of a classic pils, really.
