A Belgian seasonal winter ale aged on French oak chips. Full bodied with spicy caramel notes and a dry oak character.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a caramel-brown color with a medium sized beige head that left no lacing. The aroma was dryish and malty with light caramel and a hint of vague dry spices. The flavor was toasted caramel, orange, pear, faint dry spices and grapefruit. The finish was long with lingering caramel and spice. Medium body.
