3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - That very typical euro petroleum nose and only a hint of cherry. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Syrupy cherry and Gueuze notes. Smells better than it tastes, fruit too muted.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours perfectly dark strawberry with a creamy link swirling white head, magical! Aroma brings deep cherries laying thick and perfectly over the yeast, maybe even a bit viny. Flavor of cherries and tart pie filling please the mouth with a tame balanced dry ending. Thank you Nate!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to glass. Pours a beautiful peach rose color with an off white head. Aroma is very nice, floral, berries, sweet. Flavor has an interesting presence, hard for me to describe. Overall a nice beer, but was expecting more given all the hype!

25.4 oz bottle from 10/14. Smelled of cigarettes and cherries. Tart cherries - a nice beer but I liked the berry better.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Really not impressed here. I heard great things but this one just didn’t live up to hype. Cherry wasn’t really there and the flavor was a bit skunky. Made me wonder if I had a bad bottle.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
750ml. Felt that these might be overhyped and I was right. mild sour, brett funk, vinegar. light cherry pulp. Drinkable, but not something i would seek out any more of. I really like my sours with jammy fruit, lots of sweet and a nice puckering sour, this didnt hit any of those.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle at Moriartys. 2014 vintage. Murky orange copper pour. Slim fizzy off-white head. Fragrant deep sour cherry aroma. Nice full body. Head dissipated quickly. Feels like a strong tart lambic but with a twist. Browned sour cherries. Dried orange peels. Prunes. Dates. Pomegranate. Balsamic vinegar. Interesting. Missing the "dust" that one gets in the best lambics (read Cantilion) but has a pleasant darkness that works quite well. Great stuff!

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle, B2 shared by Felipe - thanks man! Pours cloudy hazel with a reddish hue. Medium beige head, dissipates fairly quickly leaving good lacing behind. Aroma is funky, Cantillon like, basement aromas and plenty of tart cherry. Flavor light tart medium plus funky, lots of tart cherry. Medium body. Best of the three we tried, clearly.
