COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An English style brown ale with a dry dark chocolate roasty profile. The addition of lactose adds a smooth sweetish finish.

Draft at the Brewpub with Andrew, Brendan and big boy PJ. Pours a deep, hazy brown with no head or lacing. Aroma is light chocolate. Mouthfeel is creamy with light chocolate notes and some sweet roasty malts.

Nose is caramel & intense dark fruit. Flavor is caramel, a bit of a tart dark fruit twang, toffee in the finish. Interesting.

Has a sweet caramel nose. Pours dark brown with s small head. You can really taste the effects of the lactose on the tongue. It adds a sweetness without being cloying. Finish is clean. Very pleasant.
