[4663-20120817] Tap. Light yeasty nothing aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a quick foamy white head. Sour light fruity yeast flavour. Medium body is sour initially then recedes. Interesting. (5/3/7/3/14) 3.2

Tap at Capone’s Black Friday. Poured turbid pale golden toward prange with off-white small head. Nose was tart and peachy, with a flavor that was assertively tart, with a natural peach flavor and some late lactose.

Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of peach, vanilla, Brett, leather, honey, and spices. Taste of vanilla, toffee malts, peach, Brett, and a lightly tart finish.

Draft at Capone’s on Black Friday. Poured a clear gold body with an average sized foamy white head. Aroma is slightly tart with notes of wet bread, lemons and cherry, wheat. Medium to fuller bodied with average to stronger scratchy carbonation and a dry finish. Flavor is medicinal with notes of fruit, mostly lemon and cherry, bad wehat dough. This is okay but the peach comes off as an odd lemon/cherry combo to me.

Thanks, Ben! Beautiful beer, a bright orange pour with moderate cloudiness, docked ever so slightly because of vanishing carbonation. Firmly presented but not overwhelming peach in the nose, dry skins for sure, and lactobacillus. Very nice mouthfeel, full, not too acetic. Flavors are really nice, dry and tart as hell and it’s midway between a peach Berliner and a nice sour. Enjoyed it, like a more austere DFH Festina Peche or something.

Growler thanks to Brian. Pours a clear, lighter gold. Weak head. Nose is sweet pickles, thicker biscuit. Taste is salty, spicy, thicker malt, peach acid. Tart and clean. Not bad. Salty, malty, thicker for style. Some lactic acid. No acetic. Long, peach yogurty palate. As it warms the nose has some barbecue and smoked pork notes. Interesting.

Pours mostly clear golden, a bit of orange haze and a white head. The aroma brings soft peach and just a bit of tart. Big notes of wheat and soft peach notes, especially as temp gets up there. There is a nice tart ending as well, not too puckering.

2012-08-17. Very lightly hazy dark yellow body with a tiny white head. Mild aroma, mild funk, muted fruit, and musty malt 6+ Flavour is refreshingly sour, muted fruity peach and modest funk in the finish, and sourness that is briefly bracing then subsides. Average bodied palate has suitable carbonation. Enjoyable but lacks the extra depth that would take it to the next level. On tap at Bullfrog, Williamsport

Growler pour, courtesy of Vincent. Poured a cloudy gold with very thin head. Nose of funky yeast, tart lemon and wheat. The taste was much less tart than I expected, probably could use some aging.
