3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a cloudy, bright golden banana yellow color with a two finger, frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Streaks of soapy lace left behind.
Complex aroma with juicy del monte canned peaches along with oak tannins, lactic funk and musty bugs. Some citrus in there as well along with faint lambic barnyard/horsey notes.
On the fuller end of medium body with tart, puckering acidity, lactic funk, damp oak, earthy cobweb and cheese countered by pale malt and sweet tropical peaches. Tart funky with some tropical sweetness but it isn’t as pronounced as it was in the nose. Weird combination but this beer has decent flavor and is pretty easy to drink.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pour is hazed and murky pale yellow with a tight white head. Nose is well balanced peach and brett, soft peach skin with leathery brett and hints of dustiness. Taste is well integrated, strong and bright peach notes, some fuzzy skin, with a pronounced leather presence that lingers with a hint of bitterness. Very soft and delicate body, moderate carbonation and semi dry.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This one poured a fizzy clear orange color with a white head. Aroma was peaches, dust, some rustic notes, and pale grain. Flavor was the same,w ell balanced, not tart at all really, but lightly rustic, and peaches are for sure ther. nice.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Growler. Pours a sightly hazy dull gold with a minimal wispy white head that faded to a thin ring. The nose is slightly sour and acidic with a light peach rind fruitiness. The flavor has a nice balance between the sourness from the yeast and the slightly astringent peach skin fruitiness. Bone dry with a lingering cereal grain and bready malt finish. Very fine prickly active carbonation enhances the slight sourness and the dry finish. Interesting beer, not overly sour with minimal to no acidity that keeps it drinkable.
