Tap from source. Looks pink with dissipating head. Smells lightly sour and floral, but in a dying floral arrangement sort of way. Flavor isn’t bad. Lightly fruity.

On tap at the brewery, pours beautiful ruby purple jolly rancher with a small gray head. Aroma brings some light berry tart. Flavors of the berries and yeast funk are soft, then a nice tart flavor hits to end on the palate.

2015-08-14. Hazy dark pink-purple body, headless. Aroma is lightly tart and fruity, more like raspberry or bumble berry than blueberry? Pleasant. Flavour is fruity and lightly tart. 7+ Average bodied palate, modest carbonation. Overly simple but tasty On tap at Bullfrog, Williamsport, PA.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Capone’s, Norristown tap: Pours a light copper color with a small head. Aroma is a little bit of funk and some fruitiness. Taste is dry and funky. I didn’t really realize that there were blueberries while I was drinking, but it makes sense in retrospect Body is nice and light.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Medium red-brown, moderate egg-shell colored head, spotty lacing. Nose and flavor are fairly non-deScript with some cereals, toasted malts, caramel, and traces of what must be blueberries--but if i have to guess, then its not a good sign. Medium to light bodied, gentle carbonation, decent acidity. Eh.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at Capone’s. Pours dark straw, clear, with off-white head. Nose is caramel malt, sour blueberries. Tastes of malt, tart blueberry, some florals. Not a lot going on here. The 2nd major disappointment in a row from these guys after Aggro Wheat. This is not the quality of fruit beer that Terry Hawbaker was known for, and let’s cue up Cinderella’s ballad, "Don’t Know What Ya Got (Till It’s Gone".
