COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This non-traditional British IPA uses 100% Sterling hops to impart a complex floral yet spicy hop flavor throughout the beer. This unique hop character complements the biscuit-like flavors from the use of 100% floor-malted English barley.

Tap, brewery, backlog. Pours a slightly hazy gold body with a small fizzy white head, rather light in color for the style. The aroma is fairly light, floral and lightly leafy, with some biscuity and bready malt under. The flavor is very leafy and floral with a nice bready malt base. A little spicy note on the finish. Certainly leans to the English side as far as IPAs go. Light to medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Rather short, yet very clean, finish. Pretty decent.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter finish.

It has kind of a floral aroma. Pours budweiser clear with a small white head. Some floral hop flavor. Can’t say I got the malty biscuity thing. Finishes a clean. Not bad.

hazy tan with a thin white ring. Nose is orange, hay, quite bitter. Flavor a bit sweeter, still orange, hay, dry bitterness through the finish. Thin, sticky, bit stinging in the back. Well done, though a bit sweet in the finish.
