On tap at the brewery. Light fruity malts, mild overall aroma with with notes of curacao and bubblegum. Light yeast and a mild honey tang. Hazy dull gold clear with thin white lacing head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Nice fruity start. Estery with light macerated fruit tang, sweet malts, curacao, yeasty with a bit of golden raisins. Alcoholic warming. A bit to sugary sweet at the end but otherwise a decent tripel. Not overly complex.

Apr 23, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy yellow with white fizzy head. Aroma has a nice funk/farmhouse aroma to it with some citrus. Flavor has a nice funkiness with a tangy citrus. Mouth feel is medium body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, very good, I want again!!!!!!

Apr 22, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazed golden body and a small white head. Aroma of apricots, must, candi sugar, dried fruits, and a slight grassy resin. Taste is tart with dried fruits, a metallic note, apricot, white grape, and a slight astringency. Very high acidity. Fizzy and acidic mouthfeel.

Feb 17, 2009 Enjoyed at J&J’s Fri. the 13th. A peachy-amber color with light carbonation. Solid ring and lace and chunks suspended in the glass. Nose was a mixture of bread and sourness. Taste was cream, yeast, pineapple, citrus and blood(seriously). Yeasty finish.
