UPDATED: APR 1, 2012 Bottle, thanks to mike. Pours a cloudy amber pur, medium white head, small lacing. Aromas of brett, leather, perfume, lavender, floral spice. Taste is the same, with bretty grapes, figs, floral perfumes, herbal mint, refreshing warming, dry finish. Very refreshing and crisp, almost like a shot of rumple minz. Cooooo.

750mL thanks to MrChopin. Clear deep orange with a soapy yellowish head. Thicker lace. Nose is sweet cream butter and Hawaiian sweet rolls with orange peel. Taste is tangy, sweeter, big time rose hips and lavender plus rose water perfume. Very delicate. Brett oddities like plastic phenols and hay/straw with topical melon fruits. Very nice stuff. Phenols can be overwhelming.

Golden amber color, cat pee and horse blanket, sour tart nose. Tons of funk. The hops and malt aren’t even present. The mouth is full and malty but the amount of Brett just dominates the entire profile. Some grapefruits, and caramel. Excellent bitterness. Excellent tart dry finish. Wow. Very idocratic. Interesting.

Reviewed from notes.
Pours a nice orange copper color with a very large white head that sticks around for some time and really clings as it goes down. Nose is a pretty good dose of fresh citrus hops alongside some really earthy, funky Brett. The taste is a bit more subdued, with some of the bitterness balancing out the Brett a bit. Still quite funky, but more restrained. Nice, dry and slightly bitter mouthfeel. One of these days I’m going to have to finally make it up for a Bullfrog bottle release. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

A-pours a lightly hazed deep amber color with a creamy off white head.
S-the nose has notes of sweet tangerine assertive hops as the brett is softly integrated behind being slightly leathery.
T-this has a malt presence the nose did not have, earthy malts play role as the leathery brett lies behind. the back end adds the hops, light citrus aspects with a soft bitterness.
M-this has a full syrupy body with a light carbonation and soft clean finish.
D-well balanced ipa with a nice refreshing citrusy finish and well integrated brett presence.

The aroma of the infected yeast overpowers some citrus and pineapple notes. The brew pours golden orange with a very small head. The wild ale flavor from the yeast starts out strong and then leads to citrus flavors that settle with the hops on the tongue.
