Cask at GBBF 2010. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and elderflowers, leading to a dry bitter finish. Boring.

Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100805]

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is nectar, some wood, mild fruityness as well as some slight honey and quite herbal notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, some mild sweet sugary notes. Ends in a quite wooden and grassy bitterness.

Cask Stillage at the Victory Hall Mens Club, Mobberley 27/07/2003 Amber golden colour with some wheat flavour. Slightly dry full malt finish. 3. Cask Handpump at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 05/08/2010 Fruity aroma. Golden bronze coloured and fruity with an apple flavour. A hint of dryness in a malt finish.
