Can there be a better way of spending a summer’s afternoon than watching cricket at the Mardyke while ’wolfing down the Bulmers’ ? Well, if there is, then I haven’t been told about it. A veritable glass of liquid gold.

Well well well. Wellity Wellity Wellity. If it isn’t my old friend, Bulmers. When in Ireland this is the ideal compliment to a full on bender on the Guinness. Has to be tasted to be believed. You must order this drink in the following fashion. ’I’ll have a Bulmers please’ ’Wid oice?’ ’Yeah, wid oice please’. Dynamite.

How could you not give this cider top marks.... 17 different apples and been making cider for 75 years (lot longer than most other ciders) med/dry cider with a nice balance of sweetness. if you actully look at the process its as good/if not better than most other ciders.

Sweeter then Strongbow, 125 calories for 11.2 floz (why is that on my beer / cider?!). Light and fluffy, brings your taste buds back to reality.

Be careful with this one! It’s almost too easy to drink. Taste like candy, apple and tones of ciderish alcohol. Goes down easy and very refreshing. A great drink for a hot day or if you want something that’s not complex.

leaves, earthy, pale, orange, clear, sparkling, rocky head, aminimal head, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, salty, fizzy, slick feel, full body, astringent, long finish. It has a beautiful fresh feel though the taste is not a no.10. Grear for a hot day.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2008 Looks like a slightly darker american pale yellow ale. Beatiful tart fermenting apple aroma. Excellent tingly carbonation. Clean sweet tart apple flavors greet the taste buds. Very nice smooth as spumanti finish. Great stuff.
