yucky. i poured this beer into the toilet. putrid filth. do not drink ca-ca...just trying to make the 75 charachters. rotten fruit ca-ca?

Aug 17, 2008 There is a problem concerning rating ciders on ratebeer - do I compare them to other ciders, or to beers? Anyway, this has a clear dark gold pour. Nice bottle with gold foil on the neck. Fresh sweet-sour apple aroma. The taste is a little unusual due to the strong presence of peat. A fresh apple flavor comes through that is lightly sour and pretty sweet, but not too much so. This Irish import is undoubtedly one of the better ciders widely available in the USA.

Aug 13, 2008 Bottle 600ml. Apples, apples, apples. dry tasting. Sticky finish. Reasonable taste. Surprisingly little fizz.

Aug 7, 2008 Pinkish yellow with no head. Aroma of apple, apple peel, fruit. Taste of apple peel, fruit, tannins. Dry finish that’s a touch astringent.

does not count  Aug 1, 2008 Server as bottle poured into glass with ice. Metallic on the nose, sweet but acidy flavour. The ice hides the artificial finish.
