Appearance: Clear amber with cm thick white head. Aroma: Apple, mineral, chalky, gentle earthiness, light caramel, spicy, floral and honeyed. Taste: Medium sweetness, low acidity and low tannins. Palate: Medium body, with a grainy texture, prickly carbonation, abrupt, fairly dry, apple, spicy, caramel finish which is quite sweet.. Comments: Tasty but the apple aroma was quite weak it was stronger in the taste.

Gulbrun klar i fargen med tynt hvitt skum. Lukter litt champagnebrus og blomster. Smaker pommac, mindre søt enn fryktet, men fruktig.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a quickly diminishing and lacing white head. Mild apple aroma with a hint of alcohol. Sweet apple flavour with a lot of sugarish notes following. Light acidic to citric touch before the finish. Medium sweet finish. One of the best ciders you can get in Switzerland.

Bottle@home courtesy Helle. No head. Golden clear. Good Apple pear aromas. Some yeasty notes too. Tart dry. Fine cider as the irish from same brewery.

Drunk from bottle. A lot better than magners in my eyes due to less carbonation and swetter finish. Would have this over magners every time but that’s as far as it goes!!

Muggus69 (1108) - Yarram, Vic, AUSTRALIA - JAN 29, 2014
Draught Clear pale gold, holds some wispy white lace. Mild aroma of sweet apple flesh, not much else going on. Moderately high carbonation, mid to light body, subdued acidity. Fleshy apple upfront bolstered by a subtle sweetness. Dries out, slight bit chalky, thinning out significantly. A touch of tannin and sulfurous minerality on the finish. Average non- offensive cider.

Bottle. Aroma rotten apples. Not quite tempting. Clear golden colour. Taste is not so bad as aroma, but still contains notes of dead things. Average industrial cider at best.
