COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - October 2010 (Single Hop Series).
Single hop variety beer. A multi-purpose hop from New Zealand that is popular with brewers the world over due to its excellent bittering qualities. It also gives a crisp pine lemon finish and aroma.

Cask (gravity) - The Plough, Norwich. Poured a clear gold colour with a negligible, disappearing white head. Some bready, biscuity malt & toffee notes, not a whole load of hops, just there slightly at the back. Caramel & bready again on the palate, the hop just slightly more prevalent with a dryish finish. Soft palate, light body with a biscuity aftertaste.
