Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A deliciously malty beer, deep brown in colour with an excellent balance of malt & hops in the aftertaste. This beer contains 100% English Fuggles hops. The name comes from the fact that the fields around our new premises are the breeding grounds for a goodly number of Grey Partridges.

Catdord Fest. Gravity. Irish red. Dry with roasty bits. Moves into a long, dry ashy finish.

The Buntingford beers are currently brewed at Belvoir, pending a change of location, often under the "Banfield Collection" badge. Deep mahogany colour. Bready cereal aroma. Mainly malty flavour, with some bitterness, but a bit dull. Fair to middling, but I don’t think this was in peak condition, so I will reserve judgment. Cask (gravity), Catford Beer Festival.

Bottled bright from the Catford Beer Festival, 2004.
Tawny amber colour. Rustic malt aroma. Strong bitter flavour with a hint of warm alcohol. Not as strong as the Britannia but doesn’t have the malt base either, therefore is a little thinner and shows slightly more imbalances.
