On cask at The Townhouse, Ely. Pours a golden brown colour with a decent white head. Caramel and chocolate aroma and flavours with lingering caramel. Mild carbonation, light CO2 prickle and a chewy mouth-feel. Quite a dry finish also.

Smooth sweet simple and very tasty. Gently wooly bitterness. Very easy quaffer. Grain oriented, but not completely devoid of bitter hops.
