Gravity, Northamptonshire BF 2011, 27/05/11. Bright gold with a well-supported bubbled collar. Vomit, orange, pine aroma almost sprinkled with coriander. An intriguing stewed tea, pine, green things shaved with lemon bitterness character; buttered but balanced. Dunked Rich Tea, lovely pillowy vanilla linger to cushion the punch. Clean buttered pine. Really stings. Excellent. Pacific Gem is an acquired taste....and I just acquired it.

Cask conditioned gravity dispense Northants Beer Festival 2011. A light golden beer with a white head. A good sharp citrus aroma with a bit of tropical fruit. Tasty hops in the mouth with some biscuity malts. Nice sting too. Lovely fruits and well brewed. Pac Gem is a good hop.
