COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A blonde hoppy (properly hoppy, which is not quite the same as bitter) beer. Brewed using lager malt, wheat malt and maize to give a low level of colour, and hopped exclusively with the wonderful Centennial hop from the USA (Oregon/Missouri/Washington). It has a strong pineapple/grapefruit hop character, with other citrus fruit tones lurking in the background. A beer that quite literally assaults your taste buds (in an appropriate way, of course...!)
