Cask at The Coach House, Potton. Appearance: slightly hazy golden yellow, thick bright white head. Aroma: yes! Hops, I’ve been craving hops these past 3 days in Potton and now there’s some, lemon rind, hint of mango as orange peel, wheaty too. Flavour: bitter hops with a lovely lemon peel flavour, lovely citrus notes, a hint of wheat and yeast but with a fantastic hoppy finish. Lovely.
