Cask, gravit,y at The Pig ’n’ Falcon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Amber with a white head. Bready malt aroma. Taste isautumn leaf and wet earth malt, with a little sweetness coming through. Mid bitter finish. It’s quite decent. In case you are interested, the eponymous war was fought in the years 1739-48.

Cask Conditioned handpump Coach & Horses Wellingborough. A murky light amber coloured beer with a loose white bubbly head. A nice fruity hoppy taste with deep fruits and a reasonable length. A sweetish nose with good fruity hops but just the tiniest amount of acidity. N6ot bad.
