A Mes rate:
Gravicask at GBBF. Pale amber with no head. Sweetish aroma with pear drops and slight malt. Fruity flavour with some light acidity to it which gives it a pleasant feel. Rather unusual and interesting.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Doppelganger (1383) - Dry County, Arkansas, USA - MAR 26, 2007
UPDATED: NOV 25, 2007 Re-rate: Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Darkish copper, clean white head. Soft pleasant malt aroma and a touch of farm. Lovely plumy flavor and a nice toast finish. Sweet leaning, but enough resin hop presence to keep it bright. Rustic and good.
Gravity, Banbury Beer Festival. Copper, layer of white bubbles. Light apple fruity aroma. Flavor has some peat smoke, round sweetness, a little toast in the finish. Gentle soft palate. A beer brewed to its own lights--quirky, but not bad. (3.2)

Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest 07. Gold brown with little head, chill hazed. Dull malty beer, considerably underflavoured. Short finish with a touch of biscuit in the body. Not my type of beer really.
