UPDATED: OCT 29, 2008 Bottle, 7% as Burgbier Bok. Yeasty liquorice and alcohol aroma. Hazy, very dark red/brown colour. No head. Quite yeasty flavour, fruity with a very distinct raw liquorice note. 2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle: Cloudy, reddish-amber coloured, persistent mid-sized lacy off-white head; sourish fruitiness and caramel in the aroma; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, fizzy, medium bodied; dried fruits and toasted malt in the yeasty-sourish and bitter finish. Tastes a bit like a home-brewed beer...........

To much water instead of taste. The taste of homebrew dried yeast comes up to much for me.
