1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can from a convenience store in KL. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is sickly sweet treacle toffee. Very predictable. The flavour is strong sweet with a big sweet malt, alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I think the brewer of this sh1t must be in hiding!

1.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
UPDATED: FEB 6, 2013
500ml can bought at local UNY. Translucent amber gold colour; Moderate head and thin white foam which dissipates in 1 minute. Minimal lacing and active carbonation. Smell of malt, white bread, orange, light grass and cardboard. Very strong sweet taste of cough syrup, with malt, lemon and alcohol. Light body and thin palate. Hop bitterness is minimal to zero, with an uneasy sweet and astringent finish, uncomfortable. Alcohol taste becomes more pronounce as its gets warmer but kicks in gradually (after about 20 minutes) Dry after taste, fairly easy to mouth if you can stand the sickly syrupy sweetness.
Comments: this "super-strength lager" matches Carlsberg Special Brew in the sickly sweet tasting and boozy rocket departments, toe to toe. The adjunct glucose syrup boosts the abv as well as contributing that sickly pharmacy medicine syrupy taste, which is so sweet that I can only finish half of the can and the rest is drain pour. Definitely a Euro malt liquor, and a pretty bad one, too.
