Draught at the brewpub. It pours a hazy golden beer. A lot of raisins in both aroma and taste. Malt accentuated. Very sour for its style- unusual. Sweet with hints of dried apples. Low bitterness. Malty finish. Dissapointing.

On tap at brewpub. Golden with stable white head. Hoppy aroma. Well bodied, well balanced sweetness/bitterness/carbonation. Nice hop finish. Since the beginning one of the most recomendable commercial swiss Helles.

Bottle 50 cl from Bierladen in Schwarzenburg (CH). Helles hazy yellow to white foam, plentiful and unstable. All the features of the kind, a little more fruity. It is also a bit crispy with the carbonation, medium body, medium hopping. More hoppy in final, notes of citrus fruits. Commonplace.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, huge firm head. Mild creamy malt with light grassy hops atop. Dryish and fresh, crisp and highly thirst quenching. Growing late spicy bitterness. A lovely uncomplicated thirstquencher.
