A smooth and refreshing premium quality American-style pilsner. Burger Classic is full-flavored yet light-bodied lager brewed with select American 6-row pale and black malts along with Chinook, Nugget and Liberty hops. Naturally carbonated by using traditional Krausening methods. A regional favorite in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Brewed by City Brewery for Christian Moerlein Brewing.

I have had basic Burger which sucks but this stuff is really good. I was shocked and will definitely buy it again.

Nice to get a care package with a decent brew like this.Nice golden color, small head that faded quickly,Mild malt aroma with a slight wheaty smell as well as a mild hopping. The taste was definately better then any other A.S. i've had not skunky not watery well yes it was but not in the normal macro sense. The flavor was decent as hell with a light malt hop presence that was very pleseant and well worth the minimal bucks it took to get here i just wish my Bro-In-law had sent more then one.

A very crisp, clean taste that is ever so slightly sweet with just a whisper of hops. This is truly a great American Standard and a wonderful value ($8.49 a case) to boot. Highly recommended.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2003 It's the best "American Standard" style beer I know of... but I don't care much for "American Standard" style beer. However, Burger is cheap with a clean taste and a refreshing texture... I'll drink it!

Not too impressed. Yes, it's ridicoulously cheap and has some flavor; but it's just not that good.

A great beer at a great price. My only complaint is that it’s hard to find!

Its one of the best american beers ever made. the old burger wasn’t as good.. but now since there using there old recipe from the late 60’s in it.. its outstanding!!!. smooth, refreshing, cheap, and blows anything A-B makes.
