Not bad at all for the price, as most of you have been saying... had it out of the can at a friends house while playing madden 2003, and was damn surprised to find that I actually enjoyed it quite a bit... perhaps because I am originally from cincinnati and was happy to see a beer from the hometown make its way into this man’s hands... nice malty sweetness really, wonderful hoppy flavor... best beer out of a can, except maybe a guinness. damn good for cheap...

This is great for the price. Not as cheap as you guys are getting it for, but for $11 for a case, its cheap. Much better than any other american standard I’ve had. I know what my standby cheap beer is going to be from now on!

Not too shabby. A Cincinnati classic I’ve been told. Very reminiscent of most American Standard Lagers, but with a slight sweet taste to it. Pours out with a slight head and very bright yellow/gold hue. Light aroma is mostly of cooked veggies. Taste is crisp, with a slight hop taste. Reminded me alot tastewise, not appearance-wise, to Yuengling Traditional. Decent

A great buy at $6.99 a case! The taste is questionable but I’m in college so the cheaper the beer the better the taste.

Very good, especially for $6.49 for a case of 24. Tastes better than Miller or Bud.

Much improved. People up north need to be thankful they can get something with taste.

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2003 A new and improved Burger Beer! Very clean and balanced. Yes, you can taste the tang of fresh hops and a nice light and clean malt body. Light but flavorful and easy to drink. A good candidate for an everyday beer to keep in the fridge. The quality and flavor of this budget brand sure beats the heck out of premium or cheapie lagers from Bud or Miller. A big improvement over the previous Burger Beer formula - more hops and cleaner flavor.
