Clear pale golden colour with minimal head. Lively. Malt and some sweetness in aroma. Mild grassy bitterness, malt and herbs in flavour. Some unpleasantness. Slightly watery.

Aroma gentle floral hop character, fresh with slight crispness.
Appearance bright golden, bubbly Kolsch. Medium white top.
Flavor and Palate : Dry hop touches, thinner malt base. Lighter on body with slight harshness of leafy hops.

Light yellow colored, little vanishing white head. Grassy aroma with lemon, some sweet fruitiness here as well. Thin to medium bodied, carbonated palate. Flavor is also refreshing with lemon and grassy hops, aftertaste still fresh. Suits well for a hot day like this.

Herbes Aroma und kerniger Antrunk eines recht billigen Kölsch. Der Mittelteil gerät etwas wässrig, insgesamt aber recht würzig. Bürger Kölsch ist überraschend gut gelungen, wenn man auf der anderen Seite den Preis sieht. Schon ok.Test vom 22.10.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche

golden-yellow color with a large head. Smell is dominated by a pleasant hop aroma. Starts bitter hoppy and very, very Recent! The aftertaste is therefore a little sweet. Could largely be a little stronger and less sweet. Still a very drinkable Kölsch!

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also, very zippy, huge head. Starts fruity-zippy, very fresh, notes of apricot. Finish a bit grasy-sourish, still very fresh. Not bad!

At an trinkgut in Koln Germany, Very grassy fore a kolsch, even a grassy nose, much grain and bread, nice gentle balance.

Bottle. Flowery and strange sweet smell, like perfume mixed with some kind of soap. Medium sized white creamy head, rather fast disappearing; pale yellow body. Moderate sweet taste, short duration. Lively carbonation, light body and a dry texture.
