Bottle by 23.11.12. Sunny, simple citric malt in the nose but a little lean toward peach/apricot. Clear yellow body with a soapy white head. Taste is rather sweet with little other than slightly floral/grassy malt, very low bitterness and a very faint moist bread in the finish. Soap-slippery herbal butter tones, and something unclean. Medium body and too child-oriented to drink in mass (or during mass).

very boring beer, even if it is in a unique style. thin hop aroma. thick on palate and quite malty. lacking bitterness but dry enough not to be offensive. zzzzz

Bottle, from a cheapo Supermarket in Köln. Deep goldd, shortlived white head and low condition. Gentle malt and hop aromas with a hint of soapiness, low sweet chalky malt in the mouth that lingers into the finish. After the Felskrone Kölsch this was a pleasure, but still unimpressive.

Clear pale golden colour with minimal head. Lively.
Malt and some sweetness in aroma.
Mild grassy bitterness, malt and herbs in flavour.
Some unpleasantness. Slightly watery.

golden-yellow color with a large head. Smell is dominated by a pleasant hop aroma. Starts bitter hoppy and very, very Recent! The aftertaste is therefore a little sweet. Could largely be a little stronger and less sweet. Still a very drinkable Kölsch!

Bottle. Flowery and strange sweet smell, like perfume mixed with some kind of soap. Medium sized white creamy head, rather fast disappearing; pale yellow body. Moderate sweet taste, short duration. Lively carbonation, light body and a dry texture.
