Bottle 0.5L. Hazy pale golden body with a large, frothy, white head, mostly lasting with nice lacing; high density of tiny particles. Moderate yeasty aroma (sweat) with light-to-moderate notes of hops (citrus) and fruits (banana and maybe very light apple). At the beginning moderate ripe banana; continues with a lighter sweet character and some acidic notes in the finish. Light-to-medium body with an oily texture; soft carbonation.

Bottle: Pale golden, hazy, big and very stable rocky-creamy white head, sourish fruity-wheaty nose with a solid yeasty backbone; moderate sourish-sweet flavour, soft MF, quite light bodied; shorter sourish-yeasty finish.Very unspectacular, but still quite well drinkable Weizen…

50 cl bottle @ home. Hazy yellow color, medium sized white head that diminishes pretty quickly. Smell and taste wheat, sweetness, banana. Not different from other hefeweizen, though this one just seems to be a bit more balanced than most.

Bottle from REWE, Buttenheim. Cloudy gold with a decent, off-white head. Heavy grains, dried banana chips, orange peel and cloves. Predictable but drinkable.

Kita (864) - Koper, SLOVENIA - JUN 17, 2013
Bottled, 0.50l. Hazy golden color with large creamy white head and lively bubbles. Aroma of grainy malt, wheat, yeast, citrus and grassy hops. Taste starts refreshing sour grainy, then followed with mild citric bitterness. Mouthfeel is a bit spicy, but still plain, while aftertaste is really mild bitter. Medium body, smooth texture and soft carbonation in palate. Acceptable in general, but a bit too plain to be marked as great weizen...

Aroma é banana pura, in bocca é troppo dolciastra. Non é imbevibile tuttavia é l’opposto di come vorrei una weiss....

07.05.2013. 0,5l Bottle. Pam Panorama, Pisa, Italy. Yellow colour with white head. Unclear. Aroma of wheat. Notes of lemon, and faint notes of banana. Not as sweet as some weisse. Refreshing and rather light weisse. I had this beer to an Italian cheese called Pecorino Metello, wich us a rather strong cheese! Should have choosen a stronger beer for that one, but ok. Do it was.
