Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, yeast, clove, pineappple notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is creamy to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110720]

Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (230808)

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Schöne trübgelbe Farbe und eine Prachtkrone, es steigen herrlich viele CO2-Bläschen empor. Der Geruch lässt erahnen, dass dieses Weizen ein zitroniges Aroma besitzt. Der Antrunk bringt die Wahrheit: Das Weizen ist ausgeprägt hefig und fruchtig-zitronig. Könnte etwas mehr Kohlensäure haben. Aber ansonsten ein gut ausgewogenes Weizen, bei dem Die Hefe mit dem Fuchtigen sehr gut variiert.

Hefiger Geruch mit unangenehm strenger Note. Hefiger Start, alsbald aber unpassend bitter-würzig und aufkommende Fehlaromen, die das Bier kippen lassen. Trocken-hefig und immer noch unbalanciert abebbend. Vom MHD noch in Ordnung - geschmacklich daneben.Test vom 17.3.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Courtesy of Fonefan. It’s unclear, dark yellow with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of banana, yeast and wheat. The flavour is sweet with notes of banana, yeast, wheat, and the finish is slightly spicy. It’s very well-balanced and nice.

TFODRBSG08 Courtesy of Ungstrup. It’s hazy golden and the aroma has notes of clove, wheat and banana. The flavour has sweetness, notes of clove, wheat and banana. It’s a decent weiss.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque amber with a rich and creamy white head leaving laces. Sweet banana aroma, vitamins and a little yeast. Medium body, sweet and pleasant fruitiness – almost candy-like. Subtle phenols. Hardly any hops. 200711

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Hildigöltur. Very cloudy greish golden with a dense, white head. Aroma of yeast and cloves. Thin and somewhat watery body with banana and yeast accents. dry finish. A below average Hefe. 160408

Bottled (from BierZwerg.de). Hazy golden orange colour with mediumsized head. Aroma is banana, fruits, wheat, forest and some mild notes of yeast. Flavour is wheat, wood, earth, some yeast and mild notes of grass. A quite balanced hefe-weizen. I like.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and firm, slightly cream-coloured foamy head. Moderately acidic fruity and wheaty aroma with notes of citrus, banana, lighter grainy accents and phenolic spices. Slightly sweet, bitter-tart and minimal acidic and tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Balanced wheat and fruit character with tolerable spicy notes; slightly yeasty bitter and tart finish with a tinge of acidity. Balanced Wheat. 09.IV.10

Hazy yellow with a big and lasting white head. Aroma of clove, banana and citrus. Thin and watery, mostly bready flavour

The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass is okay. Starts mild, modest fruity, notes of banana and peach. Well balanced, yeasty finish. Good beer!
