Al naso è freschissima, pane, malto e luppolo si fondono in maniera mirabile raggiungendo un equilibrio perfetto. In bocca è fragrante, deliziosa, ha un attacco maltato, con note di pane al latte, e un finale luppolato abbastanza marcato. Corpo medio-basso, carbonazione corretta, grandissima bevibilità. Tra le migliori Zwickel mai assaggiate.

UPDATED: JAN 31, 2013 (Tap) Bevuta al Deutsche Bierfest. Colore giallo paglierino poca schiuma. Aroma mielato con qualche traccia erbacea e di pane. Al palato ingresso pulito mediamente carbonata con sentori dolci di malto e del miele di castagno, subito equilibrati da un incredibile e pulito amaro finale. Una retrolfattivita di erbe perdura in tutta la bevuta. Ottima birra.
