Bottle. Shared a bottle of this with friends. Brewed with "beef hearts" this beer is really nothing to look forward too. Dirty reddish/brown color with quickly disappearing head. Slightly spicy aroma. Taste was mettallic and as I thought of the beef used in it, I realized I couldn’t drink any more of it. An experiment gone wrong.

Bottle gift. This is a really hard beer to describe. It’s brown pour had a slight reddish tint. The aroma was hard to place. Multiple spices that shgowed up in the taste. Cinnamon, alot of salt, caramel malts some citrus, wood, ginger and alot of weird earth tones. This just seemed like a project of a mad scientist.

Bottle at Foxwoods food & wine festival managed to talk my way into getting to try this crazy contraption. While you get a nice autumnal spice blend of clove, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and also some molasses, its the salty meaty flavor that lingers but is not overpowering. odd but very interesting you can get I believe at any of David Burke’s restaurants which are all fantastic.
