An American Amber Ale generousil hopped with cascades. "Assa" translates to Amber in Aigonquian.

This poured a straight amber color with a beige cover. Aroma was citrus and herbal, definitely cascadey, with nice caramel and toasted malt notes too. Flavor was much the same, mildly bitter and loaded with herbal and citrus. Very nicely balanced, but one dimensional

On tap @ the Brewery-Cloudy amber pour w/a moderate white head. Hop aroma. Serious cascade hop flavor, has some bite. Amazingly, it wasn’t as bitter as one might think. Decent IPA, almost has a little malt in the finish. Solid, but pretty one dementional.
