COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American style Brown Ale, medium bodied with notes of toffee, toasted bread, burnt sugar and smooth nutty finish. Unbelievably clean for all it’s complexity. Grab a pint and get Barreled. A collaboration with our friends at Malibu’s.

Tap. Pours clear brown with thin, fizzy off-white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is caramel and toasted malt, hazelnut, dates, floral hops, and woody notes. Flavor is sweet malt dominate with dark fruit esters, mixed nuts, and faint hops; lightly sweet finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

Tap at Burley Oak. Pours clear brown with a small, fizzy light tan head, short retention with good lacing. Aroma is cookie and caramel malt, earthy and spicy hops with dates. Flavor is malt dominant with light hops and bitterness, dark fruity esters and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.
