From a bottle poured an organish copper color with a small ampunt of head. Strong sweet malty flavor with a lingering aftertaste.

750 received in a trade with jdb288. This has a big fluffy head that is off white. The bottle had a lot of sediment on the bottom that was loosened when rolled. The beer is opaque mid brown. An authentic farmhouse aroma with malts, yeast, and sugar. First sip brings a big candi sugar flavor. There is also a big passion fruit effect. A bit of bitterness grows in the aftertaste. The rye brings some spiciness. I do like a good Saison and this one is pretty good.

Draft at Burley Oak. Sizable frothy white head over hazy gold. The rye is nice here - prominent and well blended. Some maltiness and citrusy IPA notes. Not bad at all.

Serving: Draft at the brewery. Hazy yellow pour. I had a hard time getting much on the nose. The flavor is very light with some spicy rye, a touch of coriander, some yeast, and light bubble gum. Light and smooth.
