Cask conditioned at Birmingham Beer Fest ’11. Amber to gold with thin head. Dryish caramalised bitter, toffee like and a little cloying. Rather unfortunate.

Cask, handpump at the Fox and Newt brewpub 16.03.12 in company of my dad & Barry Gold in colour with a small white head. Some caramel on the nose and a little in the mouth. Not particularly hoppy or bitter, but that said it was still a pleasant enough sessions strength beer. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 3.0
