Mar 1, 2008 Fully hazy, yellow, greenish shine with very persistent yellow head. Coriandre, greenmalt, sourish nose, unripe fruits. Green beer, unripe, with more coriander, pepper. I seem to get fusels, woodmushrooms flavours. Aggressive MF, slightly astringent. Very long, long lingering aftertaste. I’m pretty sure this wouls have been great with 3 weeks of TANK lagering.
