Keg at The Cellar, Chester. Hazy gold with a thin head that quickly vacates. Grapefruit and tropical hop notes stand out. There’s a notable malt presence to the taste bringing some sweetness to combat the hops, but it does make it a bit thick and heavy. Long hop bitterness. Pretty good.

Cask @ The Salopian, Shrewsbury. Lots of tropical fruit & citrus in the hops, some bready malts & some bitter floral elements on the finish. Not quite as sharp & tasty as previous Burning Sky offerings I’ve had but still a lovely pint.
