COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our premium strength pale ale ‘Aurora’ has a satisfying blend of malts to provide a juicy backbone and a pale amber colour.An expansive blend of US hops give a resinous mouthfeel – big citrus & tropical fruit flavours, which are prominent, yet well balanced.

Cask @ Cask Pub & Kitchen. Clear golden color, small off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops and quite floral. Taste malts, hops, floral, a hint of tropical fruits. Decent body and carbonation.

Draft - Sweet caramel and candy floss hops. Pale gold with a decent white head. Earthy, resinous hops with a nice caramel sweetness.

Draught at BrewDog, Shepherd’s Bush on 23 July. Poured a hazy golden colour, with a thin white head and good lacing. Aroma of soft fruit apricot and biscuit. Zesty lemon in the flavour, with some melon and straw. Finish was dry grain, cereal and grassy hop.

Poured a clear medium amber with a huge off white head. Aroma of sweet tropical fruit and light malt. Medium body, flavour is closer to a DIPA than a pale ale.

Keg at Brewdog. Hazy yellow, still, small white head. Aroma is light window cleaner, lemon, musty damp clothes. Body is light, slightly foamy and low carbonation. Taste has some pine and lemon, lager-like, lightly bitter finish. Very easy going.

Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, nutty - grass, light to moderate hoppy, grass - nutty, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140316]
