Our premium strength pale ale ‘Aurora’ has a satisfying blend of malts to provide a juicy backbone and a pale amber colour.An expansive blend of US hops give a resinous mouthfeel – big citrus & tropical fruit flavours, which are prominent, yet well balanced.

Cask at Craft Covent Garden; clear amber with a thin off white head, grapefruit and citrus aroma, taste had biscuity malts, light grapefruit, decent level of bitterness.

[ As Burning Sky Aurora ].
Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, nutty - grass, light to moderate hoppy, grass - nutty, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140316]

Cask (Marble Arch, Manchester) - Golden with a white head. Grapefruit, peach, mango and melon in the aroma. Tangy and hoppy taste with grapefruit, peach and lemon detected. Lovely.

Cask conditioned at The Snowdrop Inn, Lewes, E.Sussex. Hazy gold with white head. There is a biscuity malty base carrying citric, grapefruit zest bittering hops, rich and lasting. This is a really pleasant APA, well served.

On cask at The Harp, Charing Cross. Pours gold with a white head. Light piss, sweat, light orange and overripe fruit. Medium body, mild carbonation. Caramel, lemon, grapefruit, light wood, light pine. A touch too sticky. OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask hand pump at the Gun Docklands spring haze beer fest. Clear light golden colour with a steadfast white head. Aroma is earthy straw with a light citrus zing. Some English yeast on the nose. Flavour is base pale malt, light toast. Hops are earthy and citrus with solid clean bitterness. Palate is medium full body, moderate carbonation. Good balance malt / hops.
