COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Good luck in finding this place – a small nook in the South Downs behind the brewery. Our full strength IPA nods to the best I found whilst travelling the US. The result is deceptively drinkable, with a burnt orange colour and full flavour in the mouth. Huge amounts of Simcoe & Centennial hops find their way into the kettle, with even more sneaking in post fermentation for a ‘proper’ IPA flavour.

On tap at BrewDog Cardiff. A lovely fresh, well balanced beverage with a long hoppy finish. Deeply bitter, earthy herbal hops. Rated by BrewTom

Was not too fond of this bottle at evening star brighton although it is also available at bottle shop Canterbury. Its malty and you def taste that and not so much the hops. Citra centennial simcoe so standard hops.

Gravity at Parkstone beer festival; the last beer of the festival - my critical faculties were fading at this point; I vaguely recall this being full of very bitter fruit, possibly too bitter; I would maybe have enjoyed it lot more with a clean palate and a clearer mind. Basically, ignore this review.

330ml bottle from Good Spirits Co. Muddy amber brown, reasonable head. Tropical fruit & hop aroma. Woody lychee mango flavour. Bitter mango aftertaste. First from this brewery & not a bad one.

On tap at Brewdog Birmingham, pours a cloudy orange copper with a small white head. Nose brings out dry piney hops, dry crackery malt, and some floral hops. Flavour is extremely astringent and dry - really quite harsh - with lots of boozy notes, pine and crackery malt. Not very well-balanced. A bit difficult to drink. Still, decent stuff.

Pours dark amber with just under a finger of head and decent lacing. Spicy resin leads the aroma with notes of caramel, orange, pineapple and passion fruit. Tart notes lead the taste, pine and herbs, with accents of sweet citrus and musky malt. Good well suited carbonation with a long bitter finish.

330ml bottle (bottle conditioned) from Good Spirits Company, Glasgow (7.2% abv on the bottle label) - hazy deep golden amber, good off-white head, strong pine aroma, no lacing, grassy, caramel flavour, carbonation on the high side, very easy to drink for the abv

Bottle from Cornelius. Muddy amber body with a domed off-white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma of caramel and orange. Flavour of toffee apple, sweet malts, flowers and yeast. Medium body with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Light fizz. This bottle was 7.2% ABV. Very nice.
