Good luck in finding this place – a small nook in the South Downs behind the brewery. Our full strength IPA nods to the best I found whilst travelling the US. The result is deceptively drinkable, with a burnt orange colour and full flavour in the mouth. Huge amounts of Simcoe & Centennial hops find their way into the kettle, with even more sneaking in post fermentation for a ‘proper’ IPA flavour.

Draught @ The Evening Star, Brighton. Dark orange golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, nicely hoppy, quite fruity, lightly bitter. Average to medium body, soft carbonation. Decent.

On tap at Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green. Dark amber pour with a white head. Aromas of wet grass, coconut toffee, caramel and spice. Flavours of chives, citrus, stewed veg and fresh herbs. Long bitter-hop finish.

Bottle bought at Middle Farm Cider Center in Lewes - Firle. Beer pours out in a deep golden-amber colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of bitter hops and spruce. Taste of bitter hops, spruce, herbs, grapefruit, orange zest and wild flowers. Scandinavian bitter finish. Not that bad just too bitter for me in th end.

Bottle shared with McTapps and maybe bought at the Cider Farm in Lewes. Nice imitation of those strong and really bitter scandivian piwos which hurt so much due to their tough bitter medicine finish. This one is maybe the biggest money waste so far in our UK holidays. There ate maybe some nuts or malts in the aroma, but I can only taste bitter, bitter, bitter medicine. Awful.

Hele straffe IPA met veel bitter, wel een sensatie maar geen lekkere doordrinker.

On tap at BrewDog Cardiff. A lovely fresh, well balanced beverage with a long hoppy finish. Deeply bitter, earthy herbal hops. Rated by BrewTom

Was not too fond of this bottle at evening star brighton although it is also available at bottle shop Canterbury. Its malty and you def taste that and not so much the hops. Citra centennial simcoe so standard hops.

Gravity at Parkstone beer festival; the last beer of the festival - my critical faculties were fading at this point; I vaguely recall this being full of very bitter fruit, possibly too bitter; I would maybe have enjoyed it lot more with a clean palate and a clearer mind. Basically, ignore this review.
